Booking & Cancellation Policy – BOOKPROTRIP
This Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made with BOOKPROTRIP. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms mentioned below.
Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights, transport, and other services at the time of confirmation.
Payment Terms
- A minimum advance payment (as mentioned in the package details) is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the travel date as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to complete full payment may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Price & Availability
- Package prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
- Any increase in airfare, hotel tariffs, fuel surcharge, or government taxes will be payable by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below (unless otherwise specified in the package):
- 30 days or more before departure – Minimal service charges
- 15–29 days before departure – 25% to 50% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure – 50% to 75% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of total package cost
- No Show – 100% cancellation charges
(Exact cancellation charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, and supplier policies.)
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
- Convenience fees and non-refundable components (such as visa fees, travel insurance, or certain flight tickets) are non-refundable.
Cancellation by BOOKPROTRIP
- In rare cases where a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date, credit note, or refund (as applicable).
- BOOKPROTRIP is not liable for additional expenses incurred by the client due to cancellation.
Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any changes in dates, names, or services are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channel.
- Airline tickets and special promotional bookings may be completely non-changeable and non-refundable.
