Terms & Conditions – BOOKPROTRIP
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with BOOKPROTRIP. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following terms:
Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the invoice timeline.
- Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, flights, transport, and other services at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
Amendments & Rescheduling
- Any changes in travel dates, names, or services are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channel.
Travel Documents & Visa
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, IDs, and other required travel documents.
- BOOKPROTRIP provides visa assistance only; visa approval is subject to embassy discretion.
Flight & Transport
- Flight timings and schedules are subject to change by the airline.
- BOOKPROTRIP is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines or transport providers.
Hotel & Services
- Hotel check-in and check-out times will follow the hotel’s standard policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra cost.
- In case of unavailability, similar category accommodation will be provided.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
- Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance for safety and protection.
Liability
- BOOKPROTRIP acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, etc.).
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure
- BOOKPROTRIP shall not be held responsible for events beyond control such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
Acceptance of Terms
- By confirming a booking with BOOKPROTRIP, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
